The Game

Rachel is a card game for entertainment purposes. We may update the app, change features, or modify game rules at any time.

Your Conduct

When playing multiplayer, please be respectful to other players. Don't attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players' enjoyment of the game.

Intellectual Property

Rachel, including its design, code, and artwork, is owned by Steve Hill. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its contents.

Third-Party Services

Rachel uses Apple Game Center for multiplayer features. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Disclaimer

Rachel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve Hill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rachel.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
